Since our products are digital in nature (online courses, downloadable content, etc.), please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Products & Online Courses

  • All our products and courses are delivered digitally through our LMS platform: https://beyondphysics.in/.
  • Once you purchase and gain access to the course, it is considered delivered and consumed. Therefore, we generally do not offer refunds.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued only under the following conditions:

  • If you are charged twice for the same course due to a technical error.
  • If you made a payment but did not receive access to the course within 48 hours and our support team could not resolve it.
  • If there is a valid legal or regulatory requirement for issuing a refund.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • If you change your mind after purchase.
  • If you have partially or fully completed/consumed the course content.
  • If you enrolled by mistake and later decided not to continue.
  • If your device/browser is incompatible with our platform (we recommend checking requirements before purchase).

4. Refund Process

If you are eligible for a refund:

  2. Our team will review your request within 7 working days.
  3. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days back to your original payment method (Razorpay/UPI/Bank/Wallet).

5. Cancellation Policy

  • As our courses are digital and instantly accessible, cancellations are not possible once the purchase is completed.
  • Subscriptions (if applicable in the future) can be canceled anytime, but access will continue until the end of the billing cycle.
